Ryan Arnold
Partner
Ryan Arnold has been very involved in Denver commercial real estate for the past 20 years, first, as an office leasing broker for 14 years and, for the past 13 years as an investor and developer. Ryan leads a majority of Armada’s acquisition pipeline and leads the initial due diligence and underwriting process by leveraging his extensive market knowledge, industry relationships and deep experience with purchase and lease transactions.
- Immediately prior to co-founding Armada Venture Partners, Ryan was a co-founder of Tributary Real Estate and Scythian Real Estate Fund, acquiring, developing, and managing over $100 million of commercial real estate assets.
- Ryan earned a degree in business marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
Jake Meilach
Partner
Jake Meilach brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets. As a prior lender, Jake has underwritten, originated and managed commercial loan portfolios exceeding $5 billion. In addition, Jake has driven capital markets implementation, strategy, and management for real estate portfolios more than $2 billion.
- Originally a Chicago native, he received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois – College of Business.
- Jake and his family moved to Denver in 2016 and are very happy calling Colorado their home.
Randy Roberts
Partner
Originally trained as a business attorney practicing for over a decade at international and boutique law firms, Randy has served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and private equity professionals, assessing value and risk, and identifying value-creating opportunities.
Prior to Armada, Randy co-founded a multi-direction land development firm, leading entitlements and development of master planned communities and mixed-used projects throughout the Denver Metro Area.
Randy graduated summa cum laude from Regis University, and later with a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Randy has been chosen as one of Denver’s 40 Under 40 by the Denver Business Journal and is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2016.

Nina Aaron
Director of Operations
With a distinguished background in marketing and design, Nina Aaron brings a decade of experience as a seasoned executive to the realm of private equity and commercial real estate. Leveraging her expertise, she is adept at seamlessly transitioning her skills to fulfill a pivotal operational and investor relations role.
- A Colorado native, Nina is an alumna of the University of Denver, and holds a BA in business.
- In addition to her role within AVP, Nina is the proprietor of a graphic design agency and actively engages in private art commissions and design projects year-round.
- Nina resides in Denver with her two sons and bulldog.
